I believe this connector has to do with the display on a late 2013 imac. I’d like to identify the part in order to sell it or give it to someone who can use it.

This looks like it was the power cable for the display. The only parts that would have been exposed is the bigger plug, up to the end of the sleeve. And would have been plugged directly into the logic board.
I believe the other 2 ends would have been covered over on the back of the display with some sort of tape (probably to prevent interference either to or from these lines), and run around the perimeter. Hence why they are so long, and one is lengthier than the other.

@flannelist possible that this is actually the backlight (power) cable? The board connections are the LED return lines as well as the backlight boost connection.
@oldturkey03 I also had that thought, and it would make perfect sense given the form factor since backlight would require much more power than image. And all the image stuff typically runs through the eDP cable, with the locking flip connector. Just didn't find anything which named it as such.
@flannelist this model definitely does have a separate backlight cable. I guess we'll split the difference and call it the Backlight Power Cable :-)

@ryphon I think you may have a hard time finding an independent part number for this cable since it would have originally come as part of the display assembly. There probably is one? But it may be difficult to pin down. I will see if we have one of these at work on the abandoned shelf that I can rip apart since I don't have anything else going on at the moment and I need to yank hard drives out of those anyways.
