How can I check the IC? / Wie kann ich den IC überprüfen?

The circuit board has no visible damage. That’s why i think that the IC is not working. But how can i check it? It’s a JDM-055. Is it possible to replace it?

Die Platine hat keine sichtbaren Schäden. Deshalb denke ich, dass der IC nicht funktioniert. AAAber wie kann ich das überprüfen? Es ist ein JDM-055. Ist es möglich den IC zu ersetzen?
