My iPhone pro max has a battery problem which keeps turns of every minute and front screen and back has a crack ?

Did you already replaced the battery ? If not, your battery is probably end-of-life. You can replace it following this guide : iPhone 12 Pro Max 배터리 교체

Regarding the crack in the back, I would suggest to simply add a case for your phone (this will also protect it from further cracks. I would suggest to also add a screen protector (simply search for it on your prefer search engine / online retailer).
