1 Why can't my laptop turn on?
Laptop: M3500Q Vivobook Pro 15 OLED, 2 months old
My laptop doesn't turn on when I press the power button. The power light turns on and the charging indicator light blinks white on and off, the fan doesn't spin at all, but there is heat when i plug in the AC adapter so i assume it's working.
I was using the laptop normally and went away for a while, came back after an hour and the laptop wasn't turning on. I use my laptop on my bed quite often but I wasn't on my bed when this happened, could that be the cause of this?
I attempted to hard reset by forcing shut down the laptop, unplugging AC adapter, hold power button for 1min, and replugging AC adapter but it didn't work, I only left out the step of removing the battery since its hard to get to. I tried connecting to an external monitor but it didn't seem to work. What else should I do?

I wonder if you will read this. I have the same issues but my laptop is 2 months after warranty :/
I wonder what was the source of the problem in your laptop. Hope you will respond :)
