Double Sided Andriod Display Programming Help

I recently acquired a double sided store display monitor at auction that I would like to use in my store. The display itself is a quality product, metal casing with lg commercial panels on each side. Unfortunately, the software is unusable. It's Chinese and though translated into English, I can't seem to get anything to do much. It has hdmi ports, usb ports, a vga and ethernet. When I plug something into a port, nothing happens. I've played with every setting in the menu and all over been able to do is change the screen orientation, play a demo mode, and change the time. On boot up, it does display that it's an andriod device, so I'm hoping there's a fairly easy way I can essentially turn this into a digital picture frame via USB or one of the other ports. If not something I can tackle myself, where should I look for someone that is qualified to do so? I don't even know where to start. The screen is made by a company called goodview.
