Windows 10: BSOD error 0xc000021a
I tried everything in the advanced options and I can't reset it or take everything off the hard drives and I can't format one of the hard drives because it's write-protected.

Windows is usually good about rolling back a failed update but sometimes it does go very wrong.
Are you able to access the troubleshooting screen when rebooting? If so, you can try the automatic repair tools in there including system restore. If that fails, you can access the command console (I think in advanced menu of the troubleshooting screen) and run sfc /scannow. Then run DISM to repair the corrupt files.
Googling either of those commands should give you some step by step guides on how to run them from the startup troubleshooting screen.

It does not let me fix the drive because it's protected.
Bitlocker encrypted C: drive? Have you made any changes recently that you recall?
If your OS is encrypted then I'm not sure what other steps you can take to preserve or recover your data. Just be careful with any solutions you implement, without the Bitlocker key you may lose your data.

From a google search, the error is usually from a failed update.
Try rolling back an update, if you can.
If not, try reinstalling windows from a USB key on top of the windows, without erasing the data. This should keep any user data you have but WILL make the drive messy with old files cluttering a drive. I recommend backing up all the data off it, and then doing a clean wipe of the drive.
If you don’t have any data on the drive, the key will allow you to wipe the OS partition to start fresh without anything and then install your drivers.
