I got an Apple Watch off of eBay for $27. It had this problem in the listing, so no scam here. I thought I could hard reset it like on the Apple website. It didn’t work. Any solutions?

If these steps do not help, it's always a software issue where it can't be fixed without sending it in.

Unfortunatly, the watch does not get to the passcode screen. I took it to the Apple store, but they could not help.
