Why is the volume of my speaker is low?

Did this start out of nowhere or after eg. an accidental drop? Is the quality of the audio the same or is it worse than before?

You maybe already have tried this, but just to make sure, have you checked so that the volume isn't lowered for a specific type of application, there are multiple volume sliders, one for notifications, one for alarms, one for media etc.
