So is your laptop you need to change the thermal compound? or is it over heating

@maxedoutit Bro the pc is turning off suddenly this is my problem
Someone recommended Me To change the thermal i have changed but still have the same problem
Is it fully shutting down or is it going to sleep if it's fully powering it might be the battery if you saw any damage on your motherboard or battery if the battery has some damage then this might happen dos it do this while it is charging if not look at ware the motherboard and logic board for damage
Its going sleep after 10/20 minutes its working again @maxedoutit

Good afternoon from the down under,
If it is going to sleep and then turning on after 10-20 minutes, let's run through a few things
- How often does this happen after you turn it on and start using it
- Under what workload does this occur if it's specific.
- Does the computer get hot and/or the fans ramp up
- Is it unresponsive in that sleep period from any of the controls/inputs (EG trackpad/keyboard or touchscreen)
- Have you done basic troubleshooting steps such as:
- Resetting the entire PC
- Opening it up to check the connections
- Tightening down any screws that were loose
- If all of the above have been completed and passed, is the laptop unusable on your lap (EG it gets really hot). I have a lenovo Ideapad 730S-13IML which had a dead battery, ran slower than my dual core macbook air and ran really hot. After replacing it it's alot snappier and cooler.
- Has it had any underlying issues previously that were repaired
All of these steps are good to use on any electronics device that you are trying to repair.
