Repairers say dark shadow is caused by faulty screen
Have dark vertical shadow on my tv screen. Sent to repairers thinking it was back light problem but they say it is the screen and this will need replacing. Does this sound correct?

@charlie12_ we can’t tell you until we know what it looks like. It is possible but we need to see so post some pictures with your question
