Usb c over heating while in port

When I connect any USB c cable to the port it doesn't charge and the port gets really hot. If in for over 30 seconds I can smell intense plastic burning. When I remove the cable, it is extremely hot, by extremely Iean ot can burn the skin from touch. I can not get a replacement or fix from oculus/meta. I'm not sure on how to replace the port or battery because there are no videos about it. If someone can help me , much will be appreciated.
