My power button is broken, its not working properly

My power button is not working properly, it doesn't turn on or off my phone but most of the time the options when you hold down the power button(power off, restart, airplane mode, emergency mode) appear even I don't ineract with the power button. It also casually turns off even while I'm using it.What is possibly causing it and how do I fix it?
