Speaker on laptop is busted
How can i replace the spaeaker from my alienware laptop? Is there any step by step?

Dell does currently provide service manuals at their support site. They can be a bit vague, but that's your best bet. The speaker procedure is linked below, just be mindful that these generally list all the steps before you get to the speakers as "prerequisites" so you'll have to work through some other steps before you get to speakers.

Or you can replace it oldschool way,disassemble pull the bad speaker ,desolder the wires,find a speaker of about same dimensions from your parts bin, resolder the part speaker you found and reassemble everything. Use silicone glue to fit speaker if it's not quite fixed.
