Hello mate,
It seems like this is a bad display, I don’t know what the internals of this phone look like, but there should be a cable or two connecting it to the board, try taking those out and plugging them back in, but if that doesn’t fix it and the phone seems to be working besides the display, you may need to replace the display. I hope this helps.
