You might be able to Solve the problem by cleaning any dirt or lint out of the microphones'hole', look in your owner's manual to see where it is. Your manual may even tell you how to do it. A toothpick will probably work well. Don't worry about damaging the microphone it sits in a 'cubby'not in the hole itself, but no force is needed.
