After Changing the battery, it opens to apple logo for several minutes

After Changing the battery, it opens to apple logo for several minutes and then restart and doing it again. what suppose to be problem? i already tested the battery from my another cellphone it's working 100% health, but on the 6s it's just turning on, on the apply logo (minutes) and then black screen for a while then on again.

have you tried putting the original battery back to see if the issue persists:-)
