Why I am not able turn on my wifi and hotspot?

Dude Ur trying to make a EMP no... no... no... "Wi-Fi reserves and transmits" and "Mo-fi or mobile hot spot does the same thing inverted" Ur good man I had a lot of people ask that but Ya in short "hotspots like a -" and "wifi is +" when u mix when at right frequency with the oscillator, no..... no... no.... bad times man that means, Ur trying to EMP Ur phone. But its programed not to so Ur lucky they kinda make things that way Cuz well it happens curiosity u know.... lol all good bra
