How do I bypass google account and create a new one

We got a galaxy tab a6 off my late brother died a while ago.While we could do factory reset to that tab we'd lost all of others data/infos in it - his Google accounts etc. Could you please to tell us how to bypass those unaccessable account? Thanks in advance for all the helps

Can you add more details? I may be able to help but I do not fully understand your situation.

Is there an old account on there and you want to make it your own?

Are you locked out of your own account?

Are you locked out of the device because someone else logged in?
