i tried to turn on camera bu the lens stuck in the mddle and go back and says remove the lens cap but i already did it

Dust and debris may have entered to clog the mechanism or wear and tear may create enough friction to jam the moving parts. Either professional service is needed or careful diy disassembly to examine the moving parts. Sensors detect jams to prevent the electric motor from damage. Plastic parts dry out and become brittle over time and can create damage.
