The device is in disable mode would I have to get the device into dfu mode for the device to connect to 37tools and follow your suggestions?

@tech_ni thanks for your help I tried following the steps to get the device in DFU mode, then flash process maintaining user's data I still find myself in need of a passcode even on the attempt to retrieve user's data and once I use a passcode I believe it's correct the phone gets into an iPhone unavailable try again in some minutes. If there's anything you know I should do to get rid of the passcode please help once again

Put it into dfu. Recovery resets after 15 minutes turning the phone on losing the connection to pc, dfu doesnโt.
