My iPhone 12 Back Portrait camera cant zooming & while take the photo it was saving as normal image
But background blur is fine
No zoom & while editing portrait filters not working

Hi
Have you tried reinstalling your OS
if you are willing to try that and it doesnโt work I would contact apple support as it might be a software issue that can be fixed and patched
If it still doesnโt work after trying the above I would replace your camera if itโs no longer on warranty
If itโs still In warranty apple will hopefully fix ot for you

Yes ! I re installed iOS on my iPhone
Human portrait with out zoom taking portraits. Object portrait is not functioning at all. I did not changed any display or nothing itโs out of warranty device
I would try and contact apple support and if that doesnโt work replace the camera
