I forgot my pin

I had my screen replaced, but after that my sister forgot her pin, so I tried to format it but it still needs my pin, I tried to enter my email but it says no email found, and I tried to send sms to my prepaid sim but it can't read my sim. My phone has been stuck like this for about five months now after having my screen replaced, and I need help fixing it.
