The elastic cuff on my Patagonia down jacket is all but fallen off. Is it possible to fix this DIY? or do i need to have it professionally repaired? Please see attached picture for reference of issue!

It looks like the Lycra Binding is damaged and raveling. We can fix it for you at Patagonia as we have this Raw Material on-hand.
