It's broken? Need more info ideally as 'it won't turn on' isn't enough info.
How long since the last charge? Does the charger light change colour when plugged into the scooter? Has it been ran in the rain? How much voltage is in the battery?

My scooter when I received it was brand new out of the box and wouldn't power on I did this sleep mode thing and everything that it suggested and it still wouldn't power on and no my green light stayed green on the charger it never turned to red I spun the wheel and spun the wheel I even put another bicycle tire up against it and spend the pills so it would keep steady spinning wheel it never even flashed red
