Remote control is not working

My TV is Panasonic it working but when I pressed remote it shows red light . Remote control is not working what is the solution please send me

Sarika Gelera what model number is your TV? what you are saying is that everything on your TV works except the remote? Does your TV come on at all? Can you do anything on your TV without the remote? Does it have buttons and all of it works?
