I have one of the first versions of Microsoft Surface Pro.

Recently my tablet shut down and will not restart. My cord is good a fully charged and I can see the white light when plugged in. I hit power button, but all I get is nothing. I've tried pushing the volume button at the same time as power, but nothing. Help!
