I order a iPhone screen from I fix it I charged the phone and the screen will not turn on I use the old screen and it turns on just fine I got this screen in the mail today and I have no clue what to do this is the 2nd time I got questionable screen (e.g it doesn’t work or has a blue stripe on it) from I fix it and I emailed supported and called and I haven’t got a response yet what should I do

Hi
When this happens to me I can usually fix it by cleaning the connectors (both screen and board)with some isopropyl alcohol and cotton buds/QTips as it will remove invisible dirt that our human eyes can’t see
If it doesn’t work I would follow through with your conversation with support but I wouldn’t expect to hear back from them until after the weekend as they might be home right now
