1 False paper jam epson et-15000
I have a Epson ET-15000 and it has a false paper jam. I’ve tried to restart it several times and still says printer error. How do I fix it?

I had the same issue. I went to YouTube and found a jammed print head was the issue. I was able to manually move the printer head assembly all the way to the left and back again. Be careful and gentle. I did this while the machine was on. I got this printer for free because I was told nobody could figure out what was going on with it. After looking over the machine, I found the printer head tried to move and made a buzzing sound. It appeared to be locked and it would make a buzzing noise. I tried over and over to reset it. Each time it would indicate a paper jam. Prior to manipulating the printer head, I previously did check all the issues for paper jam. I did find a small piece of paper, however this was not the issue. Also make sure your print head transportation lock is not engaged! I hope this helps. This printer was on its way out and nobody knew what to do with it so I took it. I got it running, it was free, and am completely happy with it!

I will try to answer your question based on your descriptions.
- This could be caused by loosen/missing spring that attached on paper censor, check on paper entrance under the scanner.
- This could be caused by dirt that made your printer head hard to move or sometimes jumping.
- This could be caused by the stuck ASF that can't trigger paper tray.

Shut the printer off, get a flashlight, and try to see inside. Make sure no label fragments have jammed up your printer before proceeding. You might need to check underneath the printer and shake it out to dislodge any loose paper or other debris that may have gotten stuck inside
