Why is the speaker not playing song?
Speaker is turning on but it doesn't produce sound?

I would start by following the troubleshooting guide presented at p.12 of the user manual:
No sound from SoundBar speakers
• Connect the audio cable from your SoundBar to your TV or other devices.
• Reset your SoundBar to its factory settings (in mute mode, quickly press AUX twice)
• On the remote control, select the correct audio input.
• Make sure that the SoundBar is not muted.
