Tracking camera loose on my quest 2
I recently dropped my quest 2 and the upper left camea is loose

You're going to want to try to remove that front panel. This guide here will help you to remove the panel and get to that camera. Chances are that the camera itself is fine, but the housing may be broken and may need to be replaced. I'd recommend looking online and finding one that you can cannibalize parts from.
