Dear,
I took my ps4 to a repair center to have it cleaned and they took off the 4 pin connector. Now I have a question, is it normal for my model (CUH-7216B) that there is nothing there or should there be things there, because I saw onine that on another PS4 Pro there are things there, my second question is what does the 4 pin connector do?

It provides 5v to the motherboard, which in turn allows the user to call for 12v and turn the console on. They should not have given it back to you in that state without repairing it, replacing the mobo for you, or replacing the Pro for you. Any "repair shop" that could do this is not a suitable place to take a PS4 Pro for any work.
