LG OLED no picture. White lines and black screen only

LG OLED CX65PUA purchased in May 2021 with less than 1000 hours on it.

I was watching tv the other day when the screen suddenly went black. Now when I turn the tv on, I hear the normal clicking sound and there is a brief flash of white lines in one corner and the screen goes black entirely. I tried unplugging and resetting, but it will not turn back on. The tv has not been physically moved in months. Has never been dropped or abused.
