I recently got a MacBook that has a single button missing. Specifically the “up” arrow button. If you can point me to a good replacement video and a source to purchase a new one I would be grateful

While I can aim you to a source for the key cap $$ how about free instead? Apple has a special extended repair program for the Butterfly keyboard Keyboard Service Program for MacBook, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro
If you can find the key cap that would help, but they should still fix it just say you put in your pocket and your mate washed the cloths before you could save it!
At least that way you don’t even need to fiddle with it.

Well doesn’t Apple charge you like $100 to fix things? I got this MacBook second hand so I don’t have Apple Card or anything
@balakae - Apple has a special extended Warranty on this system it will cost you all of nothing! Zip and every other word which means FREE!! Click on the blue URL link I posted. If they give you a hard time let me know.
I appreciate the help and happy new year! I have reached out to them and they said I would need to bring it to a store 100 miles away or ship it to them. Then it will be up to the technicians discretion if it is covered or not. They can’t tell me before hand and if it’s covered so basically i assume I’ll be stuck with the bill if I get the wrong technician?
@balakae - OK, it’s a pain to get to the Apple Store, shipping it is not something I recommend for such a minor issue.
