My volume button is very reactive on touch

So my volume button (+ volume up) like I said is very reactive on touch. Volume down works normally but volume up is crazy. When I was playing something or doing something on my phone with the music and sounds there was that problem when my phone was in phone case and it started going up rapidly up and then I normally turn it down and when I place my finger again it started going up again and I don't know how to fix it and it even happens when I get my phone out of a phone case and I tried to clean it somehow and still the same issues so I don't know what to do. That thing with volume up going rapidly it happened to me sometimes but I fix it somehow with YouTube videos I found and now it's somehow not working and nothing is working so I really don't know what to do.
