create bootable usb in windows
I have replaced the hard drive and now I want to install OS X with bootable pen drive
so how could I make Bootable MAC OS X USB on windows operating system

i had the same issue, don't bother trying as its a nightmare, buy a bootable usb off ebay and save yourself the headache

There is away just using the internet recovery feature of your MacBook Pro if you have the newer firmware installed. Restart your system and then launch the recovery using the following keys Shift-Option-Command-R

First format the USB thumb drive using the menu option. Then install macOS on to it. The system should reboot off on the thumb drive. Once there you should be able to access the App Store to upgrade to a newer version if needed (High Sierra is the best Apple will let you go to)
Then once your USB drive is at the prover version, copy the installer to drive so you can the. Launch it to install onto your internal SATA drive.
