Psp stuck on “please wait”

When I connect my psp to my computer the psp just says “please wait”, and the computer cant detect the psp, the psp I’m using already came with pro cfw and infinity installed (the owner did not inform me about it but it’s still a psp so I dont Care that much), any help would be great!
