Hi James,
It may be difficult to locate a replacement port that specifically says it's for your laptop, but there are a lot of sockets out there that may be physically close enough to work as a replacement. Can you take a couple of high resolution photos of the HDMI port? Ideally we'd like to see the top and bottom sides both, and if you've removed it from the board already that would be even better; in that case include a photo of the circuit board as well.
