Problem sound in my phone . Please help me
There is an earphone that appears on the screen, without installing the earphone. How do I remove that? It caused me sound problems

Most devices with a switched audio jack have the capability to detect when something is plugged into the jack in order to automatically switch the audio from the internal speaker to the audio jack.
You phone obviously thinks something is plugged in. I strongly suspect that cleaning your port will fix the problem; it's likely something is stuck inside it but you'll have to examine the port to find out what. It could be dust, pocket lint or any number of other things, including a broken off jack.
Check it carefully with a magnifying glass and a bright light. If you find anything, you can try cleaning it with some fine tip tweezers or a toothpick. Some 90% or higher concentration isopropyl alcohol may help if there's dirt or contamination. If you need to dig dirt or lint out, you may be able to take a small drill bit that will fit inside and twist it by hand to pull the junk out of the port.
