Why is my keyboard pairing, but typing does not work?
I can pair the Bluetooth fine, but I can’t type.

Did you have a liquid spill? There’s two parts to the circuit the radio side which is working, but the physical keys switches and the encoding logic is messed up in yours
If this is a new unit you’ll need to exchange it.
