Vacuum head stops spinning at 30 degree angle

Head stops spinning when vacuum held at a 30 degree angle? There is no hair and no clogs. Anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance.

Sounds like a break in the motor wires.

It probably is that

It would also be a dodgy connection from where the wand connectors to the brush head as well
