I need fix handy walkie talkie baofeng bf888s

I have a baofeng bf888s and every time it receives a transmission I hear an interference and I don't know where or how to fix it, could someone help me?

I have the two radios next to me (1 meter) but when receiving a noise is heard and not the message, and when transmitting a background noise is heard but it transmits well
