The little tray that catches the paper after printing wont auto eject

The little tray on my WorkForce WF-7310 that catches the paper after printing wont auto eject properly... It goes most of the way but not all the way and it's super difficult to pull out all the way... Almost like it's not on the track the right way or something? I feel like I'm forcing it and I can't get into the paper tray below it very easily because the tray above it is so jammed... So weird.... Help please? 🤪🤪
