The GeForce GT 730 was a graphics card by NVIDIA, launched on June 18th, 2014. Built on the 28 nm process, and based on the GK208B graphics processor, in its GK208-302-B1 variant, the card supports DirectX 12. Even though it supports DirectX 12, the feature level is only 11_0.
@Nina Titi can you check the fan by just applying voltages to it? Do you have a small power supply that you can use for that? Make sure you apply the proper voltage of course. That way you can rule out the fan as the cause.

I am not quite sure on this model but the fan should not spin until it reaches a required temperature.

@imicrosoldering But it never rotates even if the temperature rises greatly, and it does not rotate even though it receives electricity

@oldturkey03 Yes, it does not rotate. I checked its access to electricity and cables, and it rotates heavily once and stops
