Handbrake, Air Bag, Seatbelt, Ice Symbol and Engine Light Lights

Hey all, just switched my head unit over the other week and accidentally clipped the constant power cable that goes to the head unit and it sparked and has now caused a bunch of lights to come up, I've tried replacing the dedicated fuses but they just will not go away. If anyone knows how to help I would EXTREMELY appreciate it. Cheers
