AirPods disconnecting after few minutes of use

Hello, my AirPods have been having an issue where one side will disconnect after a few minutes of use, then I have to put it back in the case and take it back out, then the same issue occurs and I keep having to do this every few minutes, all help would be appreciated!

It seems as though the batteries on them have reached their limits which is why they aren’t working right.
