Headphone jack stuck inside my phone

My headphone jack broke and it became stuck inside of my phone. The phone still thinks it is connected. I have already tried to buy a headphone jack remover but it still wont come out.

How do I remove headphone jack by tearing it down? (With steps would be appreciative)
