Display not showing but sound is working

Display isnt showing anything. When the issue first started it was only showing horizontal lines and a little bit of the game footage would come through but then it would dissapear. Now nothing is showing through the screen at all.

I have brand new Duracell AA batteries inside.

However, the sound is still playing. If I turn on the console without the game I can hear the start up sounds play. If I turn on the console with the games I can hear the game sounds. I can actually still hear the game even if I start the game. So the game is still working but I just cant see anything.
