Released in September 2017. There is no wired-only version of the Studio3 Wireless. However, it does include a 3.5 mm audio input port and a black RemoteTalk Cable for optional wired operation.

I think you need to hook in the the metal clip first by sliding it back and forward until seated and then pop the rest of the outer rim clips back on.

Just be careful not to pinch or break the wires.
