Bluetooth connected, but Music is not playing

My JBL is not playing music. Bluetooth is connected, status lights are lit and it’s charging properly.

Try a hard reset

Charge 5

Turn on the speaker.

Press and hold the + button and the play/pause button at the same time until the circle around the Bluetooth and on/off buttons light up.

Wait until the speaker turns off, you'll hear the sound you normally hear when you turn off the speaker.

To check if the reset was successful, turn on the speaker. If it starts in pairing mode, the reset was successful.
