Phone keeps reading on responsive everytime I get on a app

Phone is saying unresponsive ui system apps and it freezes up and when I turn it off it takes about 20 to 30 minutes to cut all the way back on I only had a phone for a couple weeks try to keep free up some storage and delete some apps
